The worst trader I have purchased from in recent years.
I ordered a personalised blanket mid-November 2020 which was not delivered in time for Christmas. For weeks, I spent hours on an 0844 line (massive phone bill), as well as live chats, trying to get someone to tell me where my order was. I was constantly given contradicting information, whilst being promised the delivery wouldn't be much longer.
Lies, after lies, after lies, I had to report them to Groupon who dealt with the issue with professionalism.
My advice: think twice before ordering from Printerpix and check the reviews on Trustpilot, taking care to notice that the vast majority of 5-star reviews come from customers who have been "invited" by the trader to say what a great experience they've had.
As for me, I never received such an invite!

The app was a bit clunky and more could have been done to explain how to build the album. It took me a while to do but will hopefully be worth it.
When finished I got an email from PayPal but nothing from Printerpix. After 5 days I contacted them via online chat as I had received nothing and had no idea if they were even dealing with my order. It seems that my order has been dispatched and I should hopefully receive it within 7-10 days........
