Actual burrito was lovely. However no water offered (as per deal), and felt like asking for it was going to cause issues.
They appear to resent groupon vouchers

Very poor - refused to honor my groupon of 2 burritos, as they said prices had increased since they sold it. Offered to give me one only instead after a 20-minute walk to find it. Groupon refused to help. Pathetic all round

I found a hair in my food, so i brought it back immediately. I brought it to go, on opening the packaging to have a quick taste a hair stood out. When I arrived back to let them know they tried to say they could not see it, but I took a picture when I arrived at the counter just incase. I had to show them the picture on my phone, after pointing out the hair 3 times.
Also when I opened the packing, so they could have a better view, I noticed the bread was burnt. I did receive my money back, but they did not even apologise.

Very enjoyable sandwich. Good service to. It does take quite a long time because it is being prepared from scratch so do be prepared to wait for up to 10 minutes
