Anyone struggling to stick to a workout regime or clueless about where to start can receive expert guidance during these one-hour sessions. To help attendees stick to the program and reach their fitness or weight management goals an emphasis is placed on making sessions fun. The group sessions change from week-to-week but generally involve non-military exercises mainly using customer’s own body weight with typical activities including skipping, squats, lunges, all-over toning exercises, cardio training, interval circuits and boxercise. Wednesday sessions are held indoors at St James Church and outdoor session are held in Haven Park and Ealing Common Park.

Rejuvenate Fitness Retreat is made up of experienced fitness instructors who promote a fun environment in which they assist everyday people in realising their fitness and weight management dreams. Weekly sessions are all about keeping individuals motivated, healthy and on track. In addition to the weekly classes, day-out, weekend and women’s only fitness retreats are available to small groups to help kick-start a life change.

Must be 18 or older. New customers only. Dress code restrictions apply, must wear comfortable gym attire to keep warm and dry and cushioned trainers. Equipment provided. It is recommended that you take the classes consecutively. All participants are required to sign a waiver. Valid on option purchased only.
