This is a relaxing place. I got a few sessions on Groupon and the Salt Cave gave me an extra one free. Try to go at quieter times, as it’s nicer the less people that are in there. The salt can make people cough. However, two out of four times I was the only person in the room. For skin conditions (like I have got) you need more than a few sessions to hope to see benefits. I was happy enough with my experience to purchase more. Even if it doesn’t work, it’s quite calming, so I’m sure it’s doing something.

About Salt Cave
Salt Cave is located in Earlsfield, just 200 metres from the railway station. The cavernous interiors are equipped with reclining chairs and relaxing lighting to create a soothing atmosphere, conducive of regeneration. Children and adults can visit to take advantage of the beneficial microclimate of salt-infused air.
