On a cold wet day the winery was very welcoming. A tour and talk was still given, followed by a wine tasting and talk on the wines. The event finished with a tasty ploughman’s lunch. Adele our guide was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable.
We would highly recommend.
Brilliant visit the biodynamic vineyard. The wine was delicious and loved the tasting and the local and seasonal food served up for lunch. We are outside as it was a sunny day but would go back and look forward to seeing the new building once finished.
We went for the deluxe option with sparkling wine and a bottle to take home. Loved it!
It was an interesting tour of the organic and biodynamic vineyard with small tastings of their wines. Sadly there was no red wine to try, but there was an amazing cherry wine! Biodynamics might be a bit 'out there' for some but it's an interesting theory. Wines were nice but very expensive. Lunch was delicious but only single course and not masses. Take wellies!
