Fitted well and did give some support. However I did not notice any self warming. Also after several wears the pads are fraying.

Had problems with my left leg giving way after having a stroke. Have not had the problem since using these knee pads.they are well made and fit great.

Honestly didn't expect these to work but they did. Tried on one knee and I could feel the difference compared to other.
Heat works for my pain . Don't know how they would be for someone whose pain responds to cold
