Hot yoga classes are 75 minutes long and work from breathing to pulling poses. Each class begins with attention to breathing and then a warm-up to stretch the body and get participants suitably limbered up. The main part of the class involves yoga postures and the session finishes with relaxing lying down posture, Savasana.
At Seren Yoga, instructor Siwan Morris runs yoga sessions that aim to get participants feeling fitter and more connected to their bodies. There are classes suited to beginners and advanced yogalites, with restorative yoga, hot yoga and pregnancy yoga all on the agenda. Siwan also runs yoga workshops that give customers the chance to build on their knowledge and practices.
