Wrong item sent. Received double 13.5tog when ordered 10.5 kingsize. Could not find return info on Groupon as kept putting me back to the same page when clicking return product. Emailed company and told as bought through Groupon had to be through them. Also could not find contact info for Groupon to tell them my issue.

Pathetic - wrong item sent - re ordered and wrong item sent again - either Groupon or Silentnight really haven't got their IT systems sorted - really not worth bothering with.
