I was in serious need of help and guidance and I was very sceptical about offers on groupon. I was very surprised of the level of knowledge John had and the amount of time he spent for my needs from listening to my problems and understanding my needs. I was very satisfied and we have put a plan in place to help me find a solution to my problems.

Very impressed with the sports massage. John also used a massage gun which really helped my tight muscles from weightlifting. I've booked up 6 more sessions.

About SMSM Therapy
SMSM Therapy's both male and female therapists strive to help clients address issues such as back pain and sports-related injuries with a variety of services. Sports massages and posture analyses are up for grabs, along with sports taping and spinal manipulation. The clinic is located on Station Road near Shortlands Station. The Carlton Chambers-based centre also provides exercise programmes, designed to help improve posture, increase muscle tone and boost tendon, bone and ligament strength. The experienced lead therapist, Dharam Vyas specialises in treating numerous pathologies including sciatica, frozen shoulder, neck pain, nerve pain and sports-related injuries.
