Great place for a walk with lots of options of routes to suit everyone. There were also people on bikes, runners and even a horse and rider!

About St Aidan's
St Aidan's is a 990-acre Nature Park on the location of a former opencast coal mine. Opened to the public in 2013, the park is under the care of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. It offers a wide range of activities, such as bird watching, cycling, jogging and horse riding.
