The hotel has received high praise from both guests and those who have used The Talbot as their wedding venue. Particular mention has been given to the friendly and efficient staff, including the wedding coordinator, with the food also being noted for its quality and variety. TripAdvisor users named the hotel as the number one B&B in the area and gave further mention to the clean and comfortable rooms.
Thanks to all the staff at The Talbot we had the most amazing wedding day! The staff were fantastic and although there were 50 guests the food was amazing and all our friends & family commented on how wonderful it was. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and were made to feel very much at home. This all made our our day even more magical!!

The staffs, especially Michelle the wedding co-ordinator are amazing, as was the venue. All our family and friends loved the venue and spoke very highly of the food, it was mentioned by quite a few that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted! Everyone thought the wedding was wonderful and this couldn’t have been accomplished without the staff at the hotel.
