The hotel itself ( entrance/bar area) is very welcoming but the area for afternoon tea seemed rather sparse in comparison. No real ambience just white tables ( bit canteen like). However the staff were friendly & explained every item & asked about allergies prior to serving. Pots of coffee or tea were offered & re fills were available.The sandwiches,cakes & scones were delicious and a glass of prosecco just topped off a sunny afternoon outing. Remember to take evidence of your Groupon ( or the actual printed voucher) as it may be requested
