All staff I encountered were helpful, professional and friendly. The jacuzzi and sauna were were well appointed and relaxing and my deep tissue massage was expertly carried out. The afternoon tea (sandwiches, scones an desserts) was beautifully presented and delicious.
So it’s not afternoon tea like the Ritz or a spa like The Sanctuary but it is a lovely way to spend an afternoon. The tea was lovely, the hotel is bijou and pleasant. The spa is tiny (basically a jacuzzi) but the massage was delicious. All the staff were helpful and polite.
Changing rooms too small, chair needed inside each changing area to assist guest in derobing. Both changing rooms and directly outside very claustrophobic and needs reorganisation as totally wrong and ackward for guests.
Spa pool way too small. Sauna ok.
Massage / facial very disappointing.
Afternoon tea Ok, scones stale, cooked and frozen ahead of time, I suspect.
Sandwiches mostly ok, drinks good options.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I feel I was way overcharged for this event.

About 5* The Chilworth London Paddington
The team at the four-star Chilworth London aim to offer a wide range of hospitality services while avoiding the depersonalised atmosphere of sizeable hotels. Overlooking Paddington, Bayswater and Hallfield Estate, the establishment draws on central London's unquestionable heritage. The on-site bar serves up cocktails and other refreshing drinks, while the afternoons see visitors tucking into traditional finger sandwiches and scones.
