lying from Lauren which was the most aggravating. If I hadn’t had asked her to show me my temperature reading I would have thought it was high. It seemed to me that like she didn’t want to do the appointment and have a free slot.

Had my hair cut by Tracey, the experience was wonderful, she was was very chatty and made me feel extremely comfortable. I went in a bit of a mess but came out with beautifu styled hair. I will definietly go back again!

One issue there is no sign saying the hair apartment...it’s a different name. I know the area but still wasn’t sure where the salon was, happy the beauty salon next door pointed me in the right direction

Elle was my stylist and was brilliant. I wasn't too sure what I wanted but Elle and the team guided me through options and I was very pleased with the cut and new colour. Would certainly recommend and will be returning in the future.
