Wouldn't even give one star, i have never received the pen, the only contact you have with the pen outlet is a email address which they dont reply. Very poor customer service would not use this company again

Shocking lack of communication even after sending 2 emails, they still didn't reply. Item was dispatched 15 days after my order was placed so did not arrive in time.

Simple and easy to purchase item and clear instructions just have to complete order on laptop or pc can’t do process on your mobile phone, and I’ve received the fantastic Parker pen with engraving too which is better than I first thought it would be, great product and seller would recommend for future
