Wouldn't even give one star, i have never received the pen, the only contact you have with the pen outlet is a email address which they dont reply.
Very poor customer service would not use this company again

Shocking lack of communication even after sending 2 emails, they still didn't reply. Item was dispatched 15 days after my order was placed so did not arrive in time.
