Lovely setting/facilities and we felt pampered the whole time. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the afternoon tea was great (more so the desserts than the sandwiches). Having the prosecco and the unlimited tea was a nice touch too. One thing that could have been better is the massage was very light when I prefer deeper pressure. I did mention this to the therapist at the start but it still remained very light. We were talking throughout the treatment so I almost forgot I was there for the massage itself, and if we had been talking less then I would have felt more able to interject and request more pressure. However this does show the friendliness of the staff in that we chatted the whole time! Next time I would try to make it even clearer to the therapist that I need more pressure. Apart from that it was a lovely day!
