Ella was so lovely she listened to all my requirements and I love my new haircut

The second time I've been, would recommend!

So the manager ( who I’m sure had taken my booking in the phone) claimed that they had no record of my booking when I arrived. Despite this she fit me in, meaning that poor Elif had no break at all. She said this had happened before at the salon. I wasn’t very impressed with the managers attitude, but Elif was very nice and my cut was great I just felt that she was being unfairly treated so I won’t give this salon my busibsss again. It’s also downstairs in a windowless basement.

Despite my explaining three times how I wanted my hair and even demonstrating why I wanted the long length in the front, she snipped it short! She talked incessantly about such nonsense it gave me a headache. She flattered me over silly things (I had heard her doing the same to the previous customer) and didn't listen to what I was saying. In the end I left with a ridiculous haircut and a headache. I have left it a while in case I could do something with it but - no. I am having it corrected locally. Really, if a customer is explaining what they want - listen! I will not be returning.

Elli was a very professional, very friendly and very good hairdresser. She listened to my requests, made great suggestions and transformed my unruly mop into a sleek new style. I will definitely be returning to Tooley's Corner!

Had no record of my booking when I turned up, despite me ringing to make an appointment earlier in the week, however they did still manage to see me. Was told long hair was blowdry straight only- any kind of curl would be an additional £20 which isn't mentioned here. Didn't love the haircut in all honesty.

Great hair cut, Ellie was friendly and helpful. My appointment lasted for roughly 30 minutes (for a wash, cut and blow dry). The salon is literally 3 minutes walk from London Bridge station so very easy to find.
