We will take you on a journey through 2,000 years of history, and try to have some fun along the way. We have a core team of four. All of us are Cambridge Green Badge Guides. Only Cambridge Green Badge Guides are allowed to take groups inside the famous colleges. Green Badge Guides are accredited by the Institute of Tourist Guiding in London. We undergo extensive training and sit practical and written exams. We all have public liability insurance. Cambridge's most famous pub. The ceiling of the RAF Bar has the numbers of 123 squadrons from World War II (plus the outline of a naked lady). Crick and Watson announced the discovery of the structure of DNA here in 1953.

The Corpus Christi Clock is the latest addition to the Cambridge street scene.

Great St Mary's is both the University church and a parish church. When the students first arrived in Cambridge in the 13th century they used Great St Mary's for their meetings and degree ceremonies. Opposite is the 18th century Senate House, where degree ceremonies are now held. Nearby is Gonville and Caius College, founded in 1348.
