My partner and I decided to have this treatment together. Although he was a little nervous, we were both put at ease and felt completely comfortable by our helpful and friendly therapist Eileen. We were incredibly impressed by the cleanliness, customer service and professional advice by Eileen and Nicole, on how to maintain the best out of our treatments. This service is not with a therapist but uses the latest self- working machines from the US to provide the colonic hydrotherapy in comfort and on your own. The therapists on site are so professional and friendly. They are informative and are able to talk you though any fears without embarrassment or awkwardness. The groupon is great value and I would recommend it if you haven't tried it, it's worth investing in your inner health! Tony

What is colonic hydrotherapy?
Colonic hydrotherapy flushes the digestive system of unwanted matter using warm filtered water. A pencil-thin sterile tube delivers the water into the intestine, which then attempts to coax waste products out of the body.
What do sessions involve?
Clients will fill out a health questionnaire before being shown into a private room. They will undress from the waist down and wear a privacy sheet to protect their modesty at all times. For best results, it is recommended to have two sessions over two consecutive days when new to cleansing.
How can people prepare beforehand?
Before the session, it is advised to have an empty stomach for two hours. Water can and should be consumed throughout the day.After the session, clients should eat lightly including lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. They should also avoid coffee and alcohol, as well as fizzy, sugary drinks and high fat meals containing red meat.
