New customers only. Must be 18 or older. 24-hour cancellation notice required. Appointment required, contact by phone at 01803200171; provide Groupon code. Present Groupon on arrival. If you previously visited the spa a £15.00 surcharge will apply. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the booking time. Timings include consultation at the start of treatment and aftercare advice/ room change over time at end of treatment. Please advise the spa reception upon booking whether the voucher is to be used by 1 or more people. Should you wish to have the treatments at the same time in the same room, an additional £10.00 will be charged for the Couples Room. You must let the spa know of any medical conditions as a GP note may be required for any severe conditions. If you are pregnant a £15.00 surcharge applies to adapt treatment. Please inform the spa.
