How do I make a bank transfer?It couldn’t be simpler to make a bank transfer with TransferGo. All you do is create a profile, sign in, book a transfer with the amount and the recipient’s details, make a payment to the account, and TransferGo take care of the rest! You can pay the amount by card or your online bank account.
How much will I pay for a money transferTransferGo charge a fixed transfer fee of 99p, and 0.6%–1.5% fee for the currency conversion per transaction. All fees are included in the amount you see when you book a transaction, so you don’t need to worry about transferring any additional money to cover transfer fees.
What about fluctuating currency rates?Obviously exchange rates are constantly in flux. With TransferGo you don’t have to worry about potential currency fluctuations – the company will shoulder those, and your recipient will receive the exact equivalent of the amount that you put into their account.

Do delivery times vary in different countries?Please be aware that when sending money to certain countries (including Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Mexico, Turkey, USA, South Africa and Switzerland if the receiving currency is CHF), it may take more than 1 business day for a bank to credit the money to your recipient’s account.
Can I cancel a transaction? If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your transaction, just choose the booking you want to cancel and click on the ‘X’ in the right upper corner of the booking. You can only cancel your booking before your deposit is confirmed in TransferGo’s system. However, if you’ve created a booking and haven’t made a deposit yet, the booking will automatically expire within 24 business hours.
Are there any intermediary bank fees?When sending funds to the above-mentioned countries, an intermediary bank may apply an additional fee. If this happens, TransferGo can cover it by putting compensatory funds into the sender’s account, if you provide them with the relevant proof. Unfortunately, TransferGo can’t compensate for additional fees imposed by your recipient’s bank.
