How to Track Your Groupon Goods Shipment

It’s always a good idea to check the deal page for an estimate of when you’ll receive your order. You can find this information next to ‘Delivery’ in the Fine Print section.
 

How to track your package:

 

  1. Visit My Groupons via the web or mobile app. Don't have the mobile app? Download it here.
  2. Find your order.
  3. Select Track Package.
     

Note for orders with multiple items:


When you purchase multiple Groupon Goods items in the same order, some items may take longer to ship than others. Because our vendors and warehouses are located throughout the country, products from the same order may be shipped from different locations. Learn what to do if your order arrives incomplete.
 

Please note that you may receive only one tracking number for multiple Groupon Goods items in the same order.
