A 20-minute ‘fighting-fit’ workout with Gabby Allen

Inspired by one of the hottest trends for 2018, boxing, we’ve teamed up with personal trainer and star of Love Island Gabby Allen, who has created an exclusive workout which can be done in the gym or in the comfort of your own home. The workout consists of ten exercises, each performed for one minute, before repeating the circuit again - giving you a full body workout in just 20 minutes. Jam-packed with your fill of burpees, kicks, jabs, cross and upper cuts – it’s bound to get your blood pumping!
