The Deal
Clients can attend one or two osteopathy sessions, including an in-depth consultation to help tailor the treatments. In the initial 90-minute session the practitioner begins by taking a medical history and the client completes a health questionnaire. The osteopath then conducts a physical examination, assessing the client’s body’s movement and tissues. This is followed by a treatment session in which touch, physical manipulation and tissue stretching is employed to try to help ease movement and assuage various aches. Clients can also opt to return at a later date for a follow-up 45-minute treatment.
