The Wigwams

Located off the beaten track on the borders of Herefordshire and Worcestershire, Wolferlow Wigwams encourage guests to get back to nature — all with a dose of comfort. Guests may wish to venture out for a day trip to the 14th century Brockhampton Estate, or even to the West Midland Safari and Leisure Park, featuring alligators, lemurs and zebras, amongst a host of other animals. Those with cars can also head over to Worcester to take in the sights of the iconic Cathedral.

• Each of the wooden wigwams sleep up to five people, and include insulated foam mattresses. Kitchen facilities are tucked into the corner, with a kettle and fridge on-hand for essential hot drinks. Guests are encouraged to bring their own sleeping bags, pillows and towels, although linen can be hired for a surcharge.

• A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and toaster is available on-site for those wishing to rustle up some warm meals. Guests can also pull up a chair in the communal dining room to enjoy their food, while lapping up views of the surrounding Bromyard Downs and Malvern Hills.

• During the warmer months, guests are able to enjoy meals al fresco using a barbecue and picnic bench outside each of the wigwams.

• Toilets, showers and a drying room can be found nearby, as well as an outdoor tap for washing muddy boots.
