Individuals or joint benefactors can have wills drawn up by a professional consultant, either over the phone or in their own home. The consultation will see relevant information collected about any property and assets, before the technical team check for any potential risks to the estate such as care costs, inheritance tax and creditors. The document is then drawn up to be signed.
