The Deal

Brunch will be served at the speakeasy-style Lounge at The Cube, a modern take on an age-old institution, complete with canal-side views. From 9am to 1pm everyday, diners can select any item from the breakfast or lunch section of the menu. Options include scrambled eggs (usually £4.90) with smoked salmon (£1.25), sirloin steak sandwich with caramelised onions (£6.50) and penne pasta with an arrabbiata sauce (£7.75). Groups of two or four can also indulge in a glass of Prosecco each (£7.50).

The Merchant

The Lounge is located within the club and spa of Birmingham’s landmark locale, The Cube. Boasting waterfront views, art-deco furniture and wooden wall panels. Its outer building, The Cube, was designed by award-winning architect Ken Shuttleworth, who also worked on London’s Gherkin and the Hong Kong Airport. The building’s central atrium features a portfolio of contemporary art, and the car park gives visitors easy access to its city centre location, as well as to the Mailbox shopping centre.
