The Deal
Lunch will be served at the speakeasy-style Lounge at The Cube, a modern take on an age-old institution, complete with canal-side views. Diners can try the cheese and farmhouse pickle sandwich (usually £6.95) served with salad and chips. Other options include a salmon fillet with green salad (£10.50), a jacket potato with tuna mayo (£6.95) or the chicken and barbecue pizza (£8.25).

The Merchant
The Lounge is located within the club and spa of Birmingham’s landmark locale, The Cube. Boasting waterfront views, art-deco furniture and wooden wall panels. Its outer building, The Cube, was designed by award-winning architect Ken Shuttleworth, who also worked on London’s Gherkin and the Hong Kong Airport. The building’s central atrium features a portfolio of contemporary art, and the car park gives visitors easy access to its city centre location, as well as to the Mailbox shopping centre.
