A tour of Lancaster Brewery sees ale enthusiasts led around the site by a knowledgeable brewer. Visitors get to see functioning equipment and gain an insight into the process that turns a crop into a craft ale. Tours last for 45 minutes and include tasting a selection of Lancaster ales from the bar.

The Merchant

Lancaster Brewery crafts a range of distinctive beverages as a member of the Society of Independent Brewers. Beers range from Lancaster Red, a malty premium bitter, to Blonde, a golden pale ale with citrus flavours – while bottled ciders include the dry and punchy Copper. The bar serves a wide selection of ales, spirits, and soft drinks, visitors can grab a bite to eat from Kelly’s Kitchen, and can take their choice of bottles home from the brewery shop. They regularly hold seasonal themed events and can arrange private functions for any occasion.
