What is a tyre rotation?
"There's tyre rotation - which focuses on the tyres at the front of your car. We take the front tyres and switch them for the rear tyres. This is because the front tyres do most of the work, and, this way, they wear evenly and last longer."
How does the V.I.P. card work?
"On their first visit to the garage, customers will be given a card that has the ten different services and discounts listed on it. After each service has been completed by the garage, the appropriate section will be hole punched. For example, if you want an oil change, a thirty-point inspection and a tyre rotation, they will punch out those three services and customers can then come back until all ten have been completed."
