The Deal

Guests to Ickle cakes can feast on creative talent while learning the art of chocolate and sweet making. Greeted with teas and coffees willing wonkas will don their aprons and get stuck in to the sticky sweetness of making Belgian chocolate covered kebabs. The workshop (usually £50 per person) includes experimenting with tastes and flavours to make bespoke chocolate clusters, mixing a choice of ingredients such as cranberry and chilli or mixed fruit and marshmallow. During the day there will be fudge to taste and ready prepared truffle mix to hand craft, before placing the creations in a handmade box to take home. The day will end with cake to congratulate the students on a job well done.
