The Deal

Greeted with teas and coffees, willing wonkas and their family members can don their aprons and get stuck in. The workshops (usually £50 per person) are designed for families, with adults exposed to the sticky sweetness of handcrafting six truffles while children will make and decorate two truffles, four chocolate clusters and a giant cookie. The day will also enable some experimentation with various tastes, flavours and combinations of ingredients such as cranberry and chilli or mixed fruit and marshmallow. Once truffles, cookies and clusters are ready, they will be placed in a handmade box to take home. The day will end with cake to congratulate the students on a job well done.
