This online course is designed for those who have never taught fitness before, as well as to complement instructors’ existing repertoire of fitness classes. Course material can be accessed for up to 12 months, allowing learners to work at their own pace. Participants will learn about the history and theory behind Pilates, as well as over 100 different exercises to incorporate into classes.
