In the light and elegant surrounds of the banqueting suite, parties of 50 or 100 people can gather to enjoy a meal. The versatile venue is suitable for any occasion, from wedding breakfast to corporate dinner, family reunion to club event. Groups of up to 50 guests can opt for a three-course meal of Lebanese, Indian or British fare (usually £16 a head). There is also the option to add a finger buffet for a further 50 people (£12 a head) featuring a choice of seven dishes such as spicy meat pizza, fresh falafel and salami wraps, and garlic and herb roll. Both come with six-hour hire of the suite (£550 for weekday hire, £750 for weekend), while those after a truly epic bash can opt for a combination of meal and buffet for ten hours.

The Merchant
Although it stands on the site of the former Yew Tree pub, Northern Moor's Raoshi is a restaurant firmly rooted in Lebanese culture. The extensive selection includes a classic meze, salads, and grilled meats, all seasoned with a touch of Mediterranean flair. All food is entirely Halal, and Raoshi strives to use only the freshest ingredients in their wide array of Lebanese meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. The restaurant features a large banqueting hall capable of fitting over 250 diners, with a marquee able to hold an additional 250. The modern on-site cafe overlooks their landscaped garden, and has an outdoor shisha smoking area.

Raoshi Restaurant boasts a tasty 1,300-plus Likes on Facebook, plus a healthy 340-plus followers on Twitter. Though quite new to the site it's been positively reviewed on TripAdvisor, receiving a 85% user recommendation rating and individual praise for the friendly staff, authentic and tasty grub, and well-presented interior.
