One or two fitness seekers can throw themselves into some army-style exercises in these one-hour outdoor sessions. They’ll take place in Ordsall and the Grade II listed Buile Hill park and are open to privates of all fitness levels. With up to 50 people attending each class, the boot camps are something of a social occasion and attendees might make friends as well as burning calories. As classes are held outside, participants are advised to wear clothing suitable for wet weather such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms.
