What kind of sushi is served?
All sorts of sushi are available, from thin, thick and California maki (rice rolls) to temaki (hand-rolled sushi); and sashimi (sliced, raw seafood with dipping sauces) to nigiri (rice topped with raw seafood).
What other food is offered?
It’s not only sushi on the menu: there’s a wide variety of other facets of Japanese cuisine, including tempura (deep-fried, battered seafood or vegetables), yaki soba (wok-fried noodles), katsu curries and ramen.
