I HAVE USED THIS SELLER 3 TIMES. THE FIRST TIME WAS FOR THE KOALA TOY CUSHION, THAT WAS DELOIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS (THEY DID SEND A REPLACMENT THAT I GOT) BUT THE AVOCARDO ONE WAS NOT DELIVERED (I GOT 2 SMALL BAT KEYRINGS) HAD TO GET A REFUND. THE THIRD ONE WAS A CAPABARA ONE THAT TRAKING SAID WAS DELIVER ALMOST AN HOUR AFTER THE TIME OF EMAIL (SO I DID NOT GET THAT)
