Great clean hotel, very friendly staff. Very nice and clean hotel, nice clean room as well. I paid for parking which was behind the hotel in a quiet parking lot. Can also recommend the breakfast in the morning, it is something you pay extra for, but worth the money in my opinion. The staff there is very friendly.

Basic Very basic no frills hotel, though it was clean. Located a little out of the center but easy access via bus or metro. Price also reasonable

Very nice stay Just returned from a three night break at this Hotel on the outskirts of Hamburg city centre. Had an overall very nice experience. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very nice bar which was reasonably priced and reception area was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely- lots of different things to choose from. Good quality breakfast items. Although the lighting in the dining area was a little bit dim. Reception team very friendly especially the young blonde lady who checked us out on Monday morning 30/12. She was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. There are bus stops literally right outside the door and the public transport to the city centre was fabulous. Puts the UK to shame! *tip- download the HVV transport app. It's an amazing live transport planner and is fantastically accurate. Buses are very frequent and reliable. The only thing that lets the Hotel down is the location which is in a not very nice part of the city, lots of rubbish in the street and a strange smell outside. But it wouldn't put me off coming back. It really is a great base for a city trip.
