Having tried unsuccessfully a few times to activate membership , which comes with our RBS account, I was given a number to contact by my RBS helpline. The person I spoke to was both knowledgeable and competent, sorted the problem at their end, sent me an email with instructions which I carried out and am now up and running.
I emailed customer services with a problem I had using the app & asked if I could be sent a card to use. I didn't get a card but I got a reply the same day & was advised to reset my password. The lady was very helpful & said for me to get in touch again if I had anymore problems.
