Once a refund has been approved, the timing depends on the refund method used:

• Groupon Credits: Available immediately after cancellation.

• Credit Cards and Other Payment Methods: Processed within 1–2 business days, though it may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement.

• Groupon Goods Returns: Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing after the merchant receives the returned item.
