Fix Groupon Login and Password Issues

If you’re having trouble signing in to your Groupon account, or you need to update your password or email address, the steps below will help you resolve the most common issues.
I can’t log in to my account
If you can’t sign in, it’s usually due to an incorrect email address, password issue, or the way your account was created.
Try the following:
Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your Groupon account.
Check for typing errors, especially on mobile devices.
If you signed up using Google, Apple, or Facebook, select that option on the sign-in screen instead of entering a password.
If you’ve tried several times and still can’t log in, reset using the steps below.
Reset your password
You can reset your password at any time if you’ve forgotten it or believe your account may be compromised.
Steps:
Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
Enter the email address linked to your Groupon account.
Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
If you don’t see the email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Wait a few minutes and try again.
Make sure you entered the correct email address.
Change your email address
You can update the email address on your account from your settings.
Steps:
Sign in to your account.
Go to Account > Settings.
Update your email address.
Confirm the change using the verification email sent to your new address.
Make sure you can access both your old and new email addresses during this process.
Security and temporary access issues
For security reasons, access to your account may be temporarily limited after multiple failed sign-in attempts. If this happens, wait a short time before trying again.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, reset your password immediately.
