Problems redeeming a voucher
If you’re having trouble redeeming your Groupon, one of the following issues is usually the cause.
The merchant can’t accept my voucher
This can happen if:
The voucher has expired.
The redemption code has already been used.
The voucher is being used outside the terms of the deal.
If the voucher is valid and within the fine print, contact Customer Support.
My voucher shows as already redeemed
If your voucher appears as redeemed but you haven’t used it, contact Customer Support by selecting your order in our contact page as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
Booking or appointment issues
Some deals require advance booking. If you’re unable to book:
Check the booking instructions on your voucher.
Make sure you’re booking within the valid dates.
