The Deal
A dash of jive, a whiff of ballroom, a slice of tango, a peppering of swing and a flavour of salsa; ‘Ceroc’ comes from the French ‘c’est rock’ and has been running for almost three decades. Dancers can learn the basic moves in ten beginner classes (usually £7 per class). Sessions run throughout the week at over 180 locations in the UK. Lifetime membership (£2) is also included.

Ceroc was founded 30 years ago as a social partner dance concept whose primary focus is creating a fun, sociable atmosphere. Ceroc is an international concept with classes running in 15 countries, including various locations across the UK and Ireland. The purpose is to learn to dance with a partner whilst developing fitness and co-ordination.
