The Deal
During this one-day class, tutees will learn how to prep, cook and present a range of traditional Indian dishes. Budding chefs will get to whip up four starters and four main dishes, including a mix of vegetarian and meat options, as well as two dessert dishes. The Merchant
Mrs Curry has been whipping up Indian food for her family and friends for over 40 years. Using recipes passed down from decades, Mrs Curry holds a range of Indian cooking classes, teaching tricks and tips about spices and flavours. There is also a subterranean cocktail lounge on site where guests can enjoy Indian-inspired tipples.
