The Deal
All dishes at The Ranken Arms are homemade and cooked fresh to order using locally sourced ingredients. Pairs have the likes of deep fried camembert served with tomato chutney and a warm roll or chicken liver pâté with toasted croutes and chutney to choose from as a starter. Main courses feature a range of steak, chicken, and fish dishes, including an 8oz rump steak served with roasted vine tomatoes, field mushrooms, hand cut chips, onion rings and salad garnish. Vegetarians also have options available such as a cheese and onion pie served with hand cut chips and seasonal vegetables. Whatever the choice, all meals will be accompanied by a bottle of wine.

Set in the heart of Hoddlesden, The Ranken Arms is open everyday from midday, serving homemade food and real ales. As well as providing a traditional setting for informal get togethers, a host of events throughout the year take place from BBQs and seasonal parties to live music performances.
