The Deal
A dash of jive, a whiff of ballroom, a slice of tango, a peppering of swing and a flavour of salsa; 'Ceroc' comes from the French 'c'est rock' and has been running for almost three decades as a dance exercise concept. Dancers can learn the basic moves in ten beginner classes (usually £7 per class). Sessions run throughout the week at a number of UK locations. Lifetime membership (£2) is also included.
