The first session will begin with a personal consultation during which clients can ask any questions. After this, the laser lipolysis will be performed using up to four treatment pads. These will be placed on the targeted areas which may include the thighs, lower arms or belly area.

Once the treatment is over, a 15 to 20 minute session of cardiovascular exercise will help the treatment to take effect.
