Very reasonable price and easy to access. One of the best online language courses I have done, really easy to learn due to teaching methods.

Very easy course and calling it a Master Herbalist was a joke. Some of the answers were in correct so you lost points on the main exam. Alot of the commentary was said as written even down to a full stop or comma so not very professionally done. You paid extra to get the certificate and list of subjects covered. This came in a posted paper certificate or PDF - chose the PDF to print at home as it was cheaper but it disappeared before being able to print or save it. Requested new PDF and received another certificate for a computer course! When I requested this again there was no reply so still chasing this. Luckily the total cost for this course and certificate was about £25 after the Groupon deal and their deal for the certificate - if I had paid the full price for this joke I would have been livid. Not going to use them again. The ironical bit is that this companies courses are recognised by the NHS so this can go on my training log !!

The beginners lessons were great because it was an english speaking tutor who explained everything so well. The beginners to intermediate was a spanish speaking tutor and because i am only just learning i struggled to keep up and understand what he was saying. There was a translation but trying to read that and watch the tutorials with someone speaking extremely quickly was a nightmare so I've given up. Which is a shame because i really enjoyed it at the beginning.
