• Prime Cut Sirloin Steak – Heritage British beef with vine tomatoes & your choice of chips, mash or salad. Add Béarnaise or peppercorn sauce optional.
• Traditional Fish & Chips – Hand-battered fish, chips, mushy peas & tartare sauce. Atrium donates 50p to Hospitality Action for every Fish & Chips ordered.
• Pan-Seared Salmon – Served with courgette, spinach purée & sautéed vegetables.
• Traditional Roast Chicken – 1½ grilled chicken with homemade gravy, roast potatoes & vegetables.
• Steak & Ale Pie – Traditional British pie in gravy, served with your choice of mash or chips & garden peas.
